This little boy get the prize, the first little boy in studio in quite some time that didn’t christen at leas tone of his parents, or me:) He stayed dry the whole time. He was super sweet. When his mom called me last week in a rush as little man had arrived a full 5 weeks early I squeezed his session in. Only when I started editing did I realise he is quite jaundiced, and poor thing even went to “tan” underneath the lights in the hospital after the session. I hope you are okay little guy!
Here is just one for now.

Last week Tuesday a gorgeous little girl and her parents came to visit. She was only 5 days old but looked a bit older becuase this little one had a tiny bit more beauty sleep than other’s. I adored her, so cute! She reminded me of my own Bianca that came 10 days too late:)
I shared this image on facebook during the week, but wanted to share it here too.

And here is the video. Sorry it took a few days. I will let you know as soon as your proofs have come in.

I just wanted to share one for now, will do the video slideshow in a few days. I had an idea for a specific image this time around , and this is the result. Intimate portrait with a golden glow. I think we came close to what we tried for:)

I just absolutely loved this session, baby boy just fell so fast asleep during our session. We got absolutely adorable shots as you’ll see in the slideshow of some of them. While cuddling with little R I felt so fulfilled that I truely get so much love from my work.
Just love getting to use so many of the little crochet and knitted props I have in studio. Thanks for coming, and enjoy your sneak peek.
A lovely family photo to share.

Here is a video slideshow as sneak peek. Blog readers, please use this link

This is the last picture post before my trip. Just one photo for a sneak peek. We’ll be meeting little precious again when I return as today unfortunately didn’t really work out, poor darling had a really sore eye, and maybe because of it wasn’t really too keen on closing them either:)
I still love this one, so sweet.

Hope you to see you soon again.

This gorgeous little baby girl is only 5 days old. She took her time in her little home and only appeared at 41 weeks gestation. She remind me so much of Erika, their little bodies were much alike. Sweetest little cheeks. Thank you so much for coming today.
We didnt take so many photos as the poor darling had an upset stomach but we did get some super cute ones, here are a few as proof:) I’ll place a mini sneak since its all go this side to get all the galleries ready before I head out. Your rough edit gallery will reach you before tomorrow morning:)
First one, is the title. Isn’t this just too adorable?

Perfect sweet little face. Green really suits her skin tone.

Last but not least, she is all snuggled up in a pink fluffy blankie.

Another in the green but this time full body.

Hope you enjoyed your sneak peek.

I must confess when I learnt I had two pairs of twins booked within a week of each other I was a little stressed, what if they dont sleep? Isnt it really difficult? But guess what I love twins as much as singletons! Sure its slightly more work but give me a baby and my heart melts making it certainly not feel like work at all. Last week I had the pleasure to meet two gorgeous handsome little boys and today I met two little girls.
The one little one had a little tummy ache but I discovered she loves having her teeny tiny face massaged. I enjoyed today so very much and got to play with some of my hats and fluffy blankets:)
Here is just two fun ones of the two together.

And another of the two little peas in a pod:

When this little boy’s mommy called right before he was born to say he is about to make his imminent entrance into this world, and we set the appointment, how was I to know how absolutely gorgeous he would be not to mention his parents. Mom looks absolutely incredible and no one would even realised she was ever pregnant, even at only 9 days after his birth!
For my birthday my husband gave me a new lens and so today I got to try it out. Here is a baby bits collage I did using the 100mm macro lens.

The brand new family.

One of him in mommy’s arms.

I sent through some sneak peek to your mail that has a few more photos, but for the blog here is the last one, another close up. Look how small those perfect little toes are!

Early on a Friday morning, on a long week end and driving from Al Ain… all I can say is, I am very honoured to have taken your photos and thanks so much for visiting. It’s true that the babies are at times a little unsettled when they first arrive at a studio versus being at home, but the advantage is that there are more blankets/ props and just space to decide what will work best quickly. The result is wow! Is that a professional way to word it? Probably not, but when I was going through the images to decide on the sneak peek I kept saying ahhh, oohh he is super cute.
I have to share quite a few in full colour, hope you enjoy.
First one is the gorgeous little man on a brown blanket, I just adore this one.

Clucky ladies – please look away, as the next one is dangerous… Look at that cute little mouth.

Of course I have to show at least some conversions, here are two (the colour versions will go up on the facebook page).

The brand new family in black on black, gorgeous!

There will might be more images placed on our face book page.

I am back from visiting South Africa and welcoming my new nephew. He is teeny tiny. I fell in love with him at first sight. I am turning into a big ol’ softy as I grow older (yeah I am turning 40 this year so feel I can say that, haha). I get so emosional and are so passionate when it comes to gorgeous little babies. Well anything sweet, anything wonderful.
I am currently finishing up client galleries from just before my trip so will focus on those before I show more of my nephews pics. So here is just one of my handsome nephew, for now.

For this little boy we took two sessions to get his newborn photos. First we focused on shots of his lovely parents with him and a few days later he was the star of the show. The title of this post is so fitting because this is one little boy that loves cuddles:) Even I got to participate (which I of course love so so much).
His first session was at 10 days and the second at 16 days. He was so tiny that at 16 days he was still smaller than some brand new little ones. Like many boys he did not like to be naked so we focused on just having him happy:)
Isn’t he just so gorgeously cute, all curled up?

Another of the boy of the hour. This is a chocolate black and white conversion

Daddy and his little boy!

Kisses for Mommy. There were such laughter in the studio when Mommy took him as we realised what he just did. We immediately checked out the camera to see if I caught it, and I did. So adorable.

A gorgeous close up

And a black and white of the whole family.

I promised another gorgeous sneak peek and here I am to deliver. This little man was sweet as could be. We waited a tiny bit longer as usual for the newborn shoot so mommy could recover a little so he was already in a routine. It meant he was sleeping quite well during our shoot (I got there during his afternoon nap). He was too big for most of the props I would usually use so I just took a whole suitcase of stuff with me and decided I’d play to see what worked.
He was such a super model. He loved the beanbag, he loved his little head stroked. Oh my goodness have I ever mentioned how much I love my job? Okay okay, I have, I know, but I’m sorry it’s just so much fun to cuddle such teeny tiny babies! Here is your sneak peek. There just were so many I wanted to share, so many that made me go “awww!” so I had to share all of these.
Of course I can’t resist a baby on a black background. I’d be lost without my black velvet:) He is snugling in a red spider web cacooon I got from a fellow photog, sassy design.

The whole family. Look at that little pout, this was just before he decided he needed a little bit of milk.

Last one for the sneak peek is this sweet and really intimate family portrait.

I couldn’t wait to meet today’s little angel. I met his parents some time ago.
He is just as gorgeous as his parents, tall also as can be expected. We were lucky to get one set of semi nakey pictures since little baby boy did not want to be feeling the breeze. Very interesting that more often than not the boys don’t like it:) He was very thirsty too and I hope he slept later as he really was quite wakeful (although restful) during the session.
Here is your sneak peek, enjoy.
There is a few I adore but since I am a complete sucker for colour this bluer one has got to be first.

Isn’t he a gorgeous little boy? Nothing as wonderful as a baby at rest. This is a chocolate conversion.

All curled up and comfortable.

Nakey baby in a basket, with a little smile even.
