Hi there everyone, I am back from my trip to the WPPI convention. I have learnt so many technical things, have gotten so many ideas and just generally have been inspired to beyond comprehension. You’ll see some changes in the next 2 months, workflow, proofing, ordering and just about everything is going to be overhauled, streamlined and made just much more effective and more fun to you and to me.
I promised a price change on 1 March. This is going to pushed to about 1 April since the way sessions and prints are priced is going to change completely. Keep an eye out as I will keep you updated when it all starts to fall in place. For example the big thing to change is that the session price will no longer exist. Everything you pay will now be a credit towards prints. Print prices will change considerably and larger prints will now all come mounted as a standard to guard against the humid climate.
Studio session are going to be so much more fun since I stocked up on some backgrounds and props and those should arrive in about a month from now.
Your minimum order amount is now going to be based on your own tailormade session. No more standard sessions, you will choose how many clothing changes you require, how many photos you want or where you want the sessions. Every persons session will be planned in detail.
During March I will limit sessions so I can take time building out all my ideas.
Vegas was so different from anything I have ever experienced. I am not a gambler or drinker so can tell you nothing about the casino’s apart from the one at MGM that I sometimes had to pass through. A bit smokey, busy at any time of day. I loved the vibe in Vegas, friendly always full of energy.
It was not all work, there were a little play. I went on a helicopter tour of the Grand Canyon and I went to see 3 Cirque du Soleil shows. I was amazed, fireworks inside a theater, a huge pool inside a theater and general humour and so much fun! I can strongly recommend the shows.
Something happened to the wordpress version that cause me to be unable to upload photos to the blog, so please head to the facebook page for photos. The link to the Facebook page is at the top of my website and at the top of the blog as well.

This is the last picture post before my trip. Just one photo for a sneak peek. We’ll be meeting little precious again when I return as today unfortunately didn’t really work out, poor darling had a really sore eye, and maybe because of it wasn’t really too keen on closing them either:)
I still love this one, so sweet.

Hope you to see you soon again.

This gorgeous little baby girl is only 5 days old. She took her time in her little home and only appeared at 41 weeks gestation. She remind me so much of Erika, their little bodies were much alike. Sweetest little cheeks. Thank you so much for coming today.
We didnt take so many photos as the poor darling had an upset stomach but we did get some super cute ones, here are a few as proof:) I’ll place a mini sneak since its all go this side to get all the galleries ready before I head out. Your rough edit gallery will reach you before tomorrow morning:)
First one, is the title. Isn’t this just too adorable?

Perfect sweet little face. Green really suits her skin tone.

Last but not least, she is all snuggled up in a pink fluffy blankie.

Another in the green but this time full body.

Hope you enjoyed your sneak peek.

Wow, two sets of twins within 10 days of each other, how lucky am I? This set of twins we’ll get to know so well in the coming year, I can’t wait! Their parents purchased a 4 session package so we’ll meet them at 4 months, at 8 months and when they reach 1 year. I wonder if the lighter and darker hair will stay? What colour will their eyes be? Ooh how exciting.
I shared two of my favorite colourful ones before in the mini sneak peek and wanted to share more individual photos in this sneak peek. For the full sneak peek, please head to the facebook album here.
First I’ll share a sweet one of the two all in white.

A close up of sweet E. I just adore the lovely hat with her beautiful teeny tiny face.

And here is little Z. Mom, please let me know if I have the names mixed up:)

A full body of Z

And one of E

Last for the blog sneak peek is the family picture. Wow, Mom’s gorgeous eyes, just make this picture so much more intriguing.

Hope you enjoyed your sneak peek.

I must confess when I learnt I had two pairs of twins booked within a week of each other I was a little stressed, what if they dont sleep? Isnt it really difficult? But guess what I love twins as much as singletons! Sure its slightly more work but give me a baby and my heart melts making it certainly not feel like work at all. Last week I had the pleasure to meet two gorgeous handsome little boys and today I met two little girls.
The one little one had a little tummy ache but I discovered she loves having her teeny tiny face massaged. I enjoyed today so very much and got to play with some of my hats and fluffy blankets:)
Here is just two fun ones of the two together.

And another of the two little peas in a pod:

Another fun day was to be had on Thursday when we had the final day of the ADHSA shoots. Again so many for the sneak peek that I placed the full sneak peek album on facebook, here. For the blog I chose 2 per family.
For the first family I chose the two younger boys. All three of them was full of fun, we had pictures of laughs, of them piled up, or just gorgeous boy smiles. The first photo I think was almost the very first photo taken of the day.

This one was fun. He lifted himself on his hands.

Next came a family that must honestly have the most striking eyes ever. All three so gorgeous. I chose the sister and oldest boy for the blog, the others on facebook, go have a look

Love the one in his hat, really works well with the greens all round.

Last family had the prettiest little girls. The middle girl were not really into the photos so I was happy we got at least the attempt at a smile. In this beautiful family picture she might not be fully smiling but I still love photo so much.

This one was one of my favorites for the day and thats why I shared it earlier on facebook too. She is so super sweet.

Thanks so much for letting me capture your children’s smiles and laughter. Your gallery should follow before the 15th February.
